I slept so badly. I kept tossing and turning all night, and by morning I felt like I barely rested at all. Give me a break, the whole point was to get a decent night’s sleep, and that just didn’t happen.

I thought there were supposed to be quiet hours, but it definitely didn’t feel that way?? The nights were really noisy, and I had a hard time getting any decent sleep.

We booked this place thinking the kids would have loads to do, but it was disappointing. Most of the activities were either already fully booked or got cancelled at the last minute, and no one seemed to have a clue what was actually happening.
The few activities that did go ahead felt rushed and not worth what we paid. I spent so much time and energy trying to sort things out, checking schedules, asking staff, and keeping the kids entertained myself that it just felt like a waste. They were bored after the first day, so we definitely wouldn’t go back for the activities

I was really looking forward to using the facilities, but they were actually a big letdown. The pool was shut, the arcade machines weren’t working, and the toilets stayed dirty the whole week. It just made the stay feel a lot less enjoyable than I expected

If this matches what actually happened on your visit, I’d say this place felt like a total tourist trap. The food came out cold, the drinks were weak, and the prices were way too high for what we got. We gave it a shot, but after that mess, we ended up eating somewhere else most days.

I didn’t feel safe here at all. At night there were groups shouting around the caravans and it didn’t seem like security were doing much about it. I barely slept because of the noise and the atmosphere. What confused me even more was the email made it sound like things would be handled properly and the site was secure, but the actual experience felt very different. I wouldn’t go back...

I was disappointed because it just wasn’t cleaned properly. I’d hoped the issue would be handled without having to chase anyone down, but it felt like dealing with one of those automated systems where you keep getting pushed around and nothing actually gets fixed. A real person checking the work would’ve made a big difference.

The weird part is, I tried to make my booking twice and it failed both times. I’m not sure what was going on, but it was frustrating since I expected it to go through normally.

I’ve been chasing my refund for weeks now and it’s ridiculous. Every complaint either gets ignored or passed from one person to another, and nobody seems to have a clue what’s going on. Feels like dealing with a bunch of clueless clowns at this point. Really poor service, and I definitely won’t be booking with Parkdean again

The caravan felt sorta dirty when we arrived, and check-in took way longer than expected. The staff didn’t really seem too bothered about it either, which made the whole trip feel more stressful than relaxing.

Not gonna lie, I found it really hard work as someone who struggles with walking. There wasn’t much in the way of mobility support, and I felt like I was just left to figure it out on my own.

The staff were genuinely lovely and always said hello, which I really appreciated. The lady at check-in was especially helpful when our booking seemed to be wrong. The park itself felt a bit hit and miss to me, though maybe I’m being a bit picky. We also had to wait ages for a table one night, which was frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I just feel like it could be a bit better organised.

We bought a holiday home here thinking it would be straightforward and enjoyable, but it’s become stressful. The park itself is nice enough and the staff on site have been fine, but the ownership side is a different story. Fees just keep going up, and trying to get a clear answer about anything feels harder than it should be. At this point we keep asking ourselves, how is this okay? It’s really not what we thought we were signing up for.

I stopped by hoping to grab a few basic things, but the shelves were pretty much bare and the selection was really poor. I ended up having to drive to another shop anyway, so honestly... make it make sense

We stayed with Parkdean and, the parking situation was poor. There were barely any spaces anywhere near our caravan, and every time we came back we ended up driving around for ages trying to find somewhere. A few times we had to park really far away, which was a pain with the kids and all our bags. It just felt stressful and badly organised, and it definitely made the holiday less relaxing than it should’ve been. Based on that alone, I’d seriously think twice about coming back.

I felt like we paid way too much for a tired caravan and just the most basic extras. The whole thing left me thinking, why does this have to be so complicated when it’s not even worth the price? Wouldn’t book it again.

This just wasn’t a great experience for us. The shows felt boring, and the sound was bad enough that it was hard to stay into it. Compared to other places we’ve been where the crowd is excited and the kids are totally engaged, this one felt flat. My kids lost interest really fast and were ready to leave way sooner than expected.

I didn’t really enjoy staying here. The road was super noisy, and nearby there wasn’t really anything to do or grab. The views too were awful, which made the whole place feel kind of disappointing.

Stayed with Parkdean and the wifi was pretty much useless the whole time. It kept dropping every few minutes, and even when it did connect it was so slow I couldn’t load basic pages or check anything properly.

The mobile signal wasn’t much better either. I ended up walking around outside just trying to send a message, which got old very quickly, especially when I needed to contact family or look something up.

When I asked at reception, the response was basically the usual copy-paste support line about it depending on the area. I get that coverage can vary, but it was still really frustrating and made the stay feel more stressful than relaxing.
